Back in the (Analog Age) one of my art teachers from High School Mr. Brown suggested I take slides of my art. That way I can keep a visual record of my work.
Now since I had no knowledge on the care and feeding of slides I didn't take care of them and they have become scratched and faded over the years.
I still have slides of artwork including some that were sold, lost, or destroyed.
With my Wacom Cintiq I have been reworking some of these old slides which I have copied on my computer and making them as close to the original as possible. With a few improvements here and there.
"Failed Warrior", a 20"x30" pen, ink , and watercolor illustration is the most recent one. I hope to do one a month. We'll see how it goes.
